A compact penthouse overlooking Gleisdreieck park in Berlin. It’s compact size and Clients’ need for creating a multi-functional functional home made us focus on using the vertical dimension to use maximum space for storage and direct the eye upwards. The design choices were aimed at creating a cozy space exuding warmth and comfort, based on a calming colour palette. The materiality of the interior elements was also very important - the touch of natural stones and shaggy wool creates a stronger connection with the physical environment for the couple of busy tech professionals. Our aim was to create an atmosphere of calmness and sensuality that can be felt in Japanese and Scandinavian spaces without using direct references.

Our guests always compliment our stylish but welcoming apartment and say it feels like us. This is the result of Studio Bosko patiently uncovering our preferences, then proposing and procuring all solutions, and even creating custom pieces when needed.
