The apartment is located in a tenement house built in 1900 in Berlin, Kreuzberg. The project included a full renovation with partial reconstruction of all rooms. One of the main aspects of the project was a loose reference to the historical character of the apartment with reference to modern classics. The creative concept was implemented from flooring, through the bathroom and kitchen up to the decorative elements. Some furniture and lighting were part of the design.

A smaller flat in the same old townhouse as the G4 apartment, belonging to the same owner.

Apartment in a townhouse in Neukölln, Berlin went through a full renovation. The project included planning and execution of a custom kitchen design, as well as designing and styling the rest of the apartment. To accommodate it for a young dynamic couple, we opened the kitchen onto the living room and equipped it with an elevated breakfast table. The living area has now an open plan, whereas the bedroom got fitted with a walk-in closet, which used to be a corridor leading to a back entrance.

Based on the needs of a client and their space, I design carpentry and lighting fixtures. Custom-made furniture includes tables, cabinets and bigger storage units, such as closet systems. A big apartment for a young family sharing their home and work space. A space with impressive size and a challenging layout, made us prioritise movement and functionality. The project included a partial renovation with kitchen instalment. The final result of the redesign needed to feel done after as well as open for future reconstructions to accommodate the growing family.
